Do you ever just wake up dying for something sweet? I do… like every day. This delicious dish satisfies even my strongest sweet craving with just two simple ingredients, blueberries and Toasted Oat’s Blueberry Cobbler Granola. I like it for breakfast, but it also makes a super quick and easy dessert for one.
Never tried Toasted Oat’s soft baked granola? You’re seriously missing out. Their granolas are soft and chewy, and come in classically sweet flavors like Cherry Streusel, Macademia Chunk and Apricot Shortbread. They’re all gluten-free, and they contain no preservatives or artificial flavors.
To make this sweet treat, all you’ll do is pour one cup of fresh blueberries in a microwave-sage bowl. Then, too the blueberries with a half cup of the Blueberry Cobbler soft baked granola and sprinkle with a teaspoon or two of water. Then microwave the mixture for one to two minutes, until the blueberries have broken down and the dish is warm.
Enjoy this as your morning meal or a sweet treat at the end of a long day. Whenever you choose to dig in, you’re going to be happy you did!
Ps. Feel free to top with whipped cream for a little more indulgence. I tried this once and have never looked back 😉
