Easy Chocolate PB Clusters

When you’re craving something sweet, nothing beats the classic combo of chocolate and peanut butter.

And these adorable Chocolate Peanut Butter Clusters are the perfect way to satisfy a sweet craving in a hurry. They are rich and indulgent, they’re the perfect blend of creamy and crunchy, and they take mere minutes to make. Just toss a few simple ingredients together in a pan, heat until melted, then spoon the mixture onto a baking tray and pop it in the fridge to set.

Word to the wise: It’s really, really easy to eat an entire tray of these things so if you’re trying to avoid a chocolate hangover tomorrow, you might want to consider freezing half the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (12 oz) chocolate chips
  • 1 bag (10 oz) unsalted peanuts
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil

Directions:

1. On the stovetop, heat a small pan on medium heat.

2. Pour the chocolate chips, coconut oil and almond milk in the pan then stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

3.  Pour the peanuts in the pan then and stir to coat.

4. Scoop the mixture into a parchment lined pan.

5. Place in fridge for at least an hour to set.
