OK guys, we’re posting this “recipe” with the caveat that it’s not really a recipe at all… It’s literally a two-step tutorial that involves tossing Brussels sprouts in oil, sprinkling some seasoning on them and then popping them in the oven.
But the thing is, they taste so, so, so good that we don’t want to deprive you of knowing a recipe like this exists.

Even Deanna’s husband liked them, and he absolutely despises Brussels sprouts. That’s probably because
1. We roasted them so long, they got as crunchy as chips and
2. We doused them in so much seasoning, he probably didn’t even realize he was eating a vegetable–let alone one he despises.
If you’re not a huge Brussel sprouts fan but you’re willing to give them one last try, you have GOT to try this recipe. We used Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning because we are obsessed, but you can also create your own Everything blend by combining equal parts sesame seeds, sea salt flakes, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, black sesame seeds and poppy seeds (who has time to make that, right?). The best part is, the seasoning is available on Amazon, so even if you don’t have access to a Trader Joe’s, you can still buy it. And trust me, Everything seasoning is quite literally EVERYTHING. We put it on roasted veggies, omelets and egg sandwiches, regular sandwiches, avocado toast… literally EVERYTHING.
Ok, enough about the seasoning. Here’s how to make this Brussels sprouts recipe:
Ingredients:
- Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced in half
- Olive oil
- Everything But the Bagel Seasoning blend
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil then sprinkle with seasoning, shaking bowl till they are well coated with seasoning blend.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until Brussel sprouts are crispy.
